Case No. 1:25-cv-01414 TO: Defendant MUNROW TATTON, an individual and doing business as ZOLIVI.COM You are hereby summoned and required to respond to a lawsuit filed against you by Plaintiff Global Brother SRL in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Nature of the Lawsuit The lawsuit alleges that you, without authorization, reproduced, distributed, advertised, displayed, and sold counterfeit versions of Plaintiff’s copyrighted book titled “The Amish Ways”, including associated artwork, trade dress, and trademarks, through your website https://zolivi.com The Complaint asserts violations of: The Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.); The Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)); The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)); The Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (O.R.C. § 1345.01 et seq.); The Ohio Deceptive Trade Practices Act (R.C. § 4165.01 et seq.); and Ohio common law for unjust enrichment and tortious interference with business relationships. Plaintiff seeks preliminary and permanent injunctions prohibiting further infringement and deceptive conduct, statutory and actual damages (including lost profits and reputational harm), treble and exemplary damages, disgorgement of profits obtained from infringing activities, attorneys’ fees, costs, and other equitable relief.
