LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF WILLOWICK BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Willowick will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Codified Ordinance 167.02 of the City of Willowick at its Meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Room of Willowick City Hall, 30435 Lakeshore Blvd., Willowick, Ohio, for the following matters: The request of Vijal Ponnezhan on behalf of Shoregate Towers and Dynasty Properties, 3090130951 Lakeshore Blvd., Willowick, Ohio 44095, for a variance from the requirements of Codified Ordinance 1355.05(e) to allow a letter of credit to stand as a guarantee of funds to correct specific point of sale violations and for Dynasty Properties to use an asset line of credit letter from Charles Schwab Bank for the sum of $12,435,867.44 for the specific point of sale violations rather than depositing the funds into escrow. Upon conclusion of each Public Hearing, the Board of Zoning Appeals will take action on each requested variance or appeal and submit its decision and/or recommendation to the City of Willowick Council for further review and action. Persons affected may appear at said hearings and speak for or against the request and/or appeal either in person or by attorney.
