Malcomb whose last place of residence/business is 549 Case Avenue, Elyria, OH 44035 but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on September 2, 2025, Plaintiff, TH MSR Holdings LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 25CV217891 in the Court of Common Pleas Lorain County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s) Denver H. Malcomb, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Denver H. Malcomb have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 0625002105016, 0625002105017; Property Address: 549 Case Avenue, Elyria, OH 44035. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
