LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL UNNEEDED, OBSOLETE, OR UNFIT MUNICIPAL PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE VILLAGE OF FAIRPORT HARBOR BY INTERNET AUCTION Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §721.15(D), notice is hereby published of the adoption of Resolution 2025-98 by the Council of the Village of Fairport Harbor being: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE BY INTERNET AUCTION DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2025 OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY WHICH IS NOT NEEDED FOR PUBLIC USE, OR WHICH IS OBSOLETE OR UNFIT FOR THE USE FOR WHICH IT WAS ACQUIRED, PURSUANT TO OHIO REVISED CODE §721.15(D), AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The auctions shall be conducted on GovDeals.com or on a similar internet auction site. The number of days for bidding on the property shall be no less than ten days and no more than sixty days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. All terms shall be specified for each item on the internet auction site. No property sold in the internet auctions shall be delivered to the buyer until payment in full is received.
