LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Willoughby Hills will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Willoughby Hills, 35405 Chardon Road. This Public Hearing will be held to review the request by Classic Auto Group for rezoning to the E-1 Office District for a proposed Office & Reconditioning Bldg. at 2594 SOM Center Rd, Willoughby Hills, Ohio. This proposal for rezoning was submitted by the Classic Auto Group to the Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration and approval at their May 7, 2026 meeting. Preliminary Review of the application by the Planning Commission is scheduled to follow on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the PCABR Meeting. Persons affected by this may appear at said hearing and speak for or against the proposal either in person or by an attorney.
