LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF KIRTLAND The Kirtland Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Kirtland Municipal Center, 9301 Chillicothe Road, to consider a variance request (Appeal No. 25-9) filed by Dana Brew to install a retractable swimming pool cover in lieu of a fence at 7040 Kelsey Court, which does not conform to Section 1268.04(c)(1) of the Zoning Ordinances.
