LEGAL NOTICE • PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Middlefield Planning and Zoning Commission: Monday November 10, 2025 6:00 p.m. Middlefield Municipal Center 14860 North State Street Middlefield, Ohio To hear a Conditional Use request filed by Wellert Engineers/Surveyors, agent for the proposed owners/ operator: applicant William Rososco, and Bonner Ohio Properties, current property owner of said PPN 19-080936. Said property is located in an I – Industrial District, and applicant proposed use is a gasoline service center on 2.55 Acres (approximately a 380’ wide x 303’ deep) of the 8.62 acre site. A Gasoline Service Station is permitted as a conditional use as provided in Section 1153.06 (b) (1) requiring review by the Planning Commission under 1135.03 General Standards for Conditional Uses, as prescribed in The Village of Middlefield Zoning Ordinance. All interested persons are encouraged to make public comment concerning this conditional use request at the hearing provided.
