LEGAL NOTICE – PUBLIC HEARING CONCORD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Concord Township, Lake County, OH, Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Township Hall located at 7229 Ravenna Road for the following: Variance Application #2026-189: Tim Beaumont, on behalf of the property owners, Sean & Laura Muir TR, is requesting a variance to allow a second accessory building on a lot less than two (2) acres in size, in lieu of the maximum one (1) permitted in Section 15.03(A)(7). A second variance is requested from Section 17.04(B)(4) and 17.07(A) which requires a minimum 25 ft. riparian setback for soil disturbing activities related to the construction.
