LEGAL NOTICE – PUBLIC HEARING CONCORD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Concord Township, Lake County, OH, Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Township Hall located at 7229 Ravenna Road for the following: Variance Application #2026-195: Alex and Alla Waiss are requesting a variance to allow for a ground mounted solar energy system to be located on a parcel that is 1.9910 acres, in lieu of the minimum requirement to be located on a parcel of more than two (2) acres, as set forth in Section 18.05(A). This is for the property located at 8359 Timber Lane, also known as parcel number 08-A-012-I-00-010-0. Variance Application #2026-196: Willie White is requesting a variance to allow for a second detached accessory building to be located on a parcel less than two (2) acres in size, in lieu of the maximum one permitted, as set forth in Section 15.03(A)(7). A second variance is being requested to allow for the accessory building to be 1,500 square feet, in lieu of the maximum 1,024 square feet as set forth in Section 15.03(A)(7).
