LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF WILLOWICK BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Willowick will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Codified Ordinance 167.02 of the City of Willowick at its Meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Room of Willowick City Hall, 30435 Lakeshore Blvd., Willowick, Ohio, for the following matters: The request of Gary Wisdom, the property owner of 566 Fairway, Willowick, Ohio 44095, for a variance from the requirements of Codified Ordinance 1165.02(c) to permit: 1. To allow the construction of a fence at the rear property line, up to the sidewalk, that the Chief Building Inspector has deemed would constitute a traffic hazard when backing or driving a vehicle out of the driveway. For a variance from the requirements of Codified Ordinance 1165.07(d) to permit: 2. The construction of a fence up to the sidewalk at the rear property line. The request of Dean Littleton, the property owners of 31600 Ronald Drive, Willowick, Ohio 44095, for a variance from the requirements of Codified Ordinance 1339.13(d) to permit: 1. A two (2) foot variance to allow an above ground swimming pool to be installed six (6) feet from the right side property line. 2. A two (2) foot variance to allow an above ground swimming pool to be installed six (6) feet from the rear property line. Upon conclusion of each Public Hearing, the Board of Zoning Appeals will take action on each requested variance or appeal and submit its decision and/or recommendations to the City of Willowick Council for further review and action. Persons affected may appear at said hearing and speak for or against the request and/or appeal either in person or by attorney.
