LEGAL NOTICE Christian Quiles whose last place of residence/business is 41928 Griswold Road, Elyria, OH 44035, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christian Quiles whose last place of residence/business is 41928 Griswold Road, Elyria, OH 44035 but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on February 9, 2026, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 26CV000477 in the Court of Common Pleas Lorain County, Civil Division, Lorain County Justice Center, 225 Court Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035, alleging that the Defendant(s) Christian Quiles, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christian Quiles have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 0623011101015; Property Address: 41928 Griswold Road, Elyria, OH 44035. The legal description may be obtained from the Lorain County Auditor at 226 Middle Avenue, 2nd Floor, Elyria, Ohio 44035, 440-329-5207. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
