LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO OWNERS AND LIENHOLDERS To all holders of legal or equitable liens of record and all owners of record of the real property located at 8974 Ravenna Road, Chardon, Ohio 44024, in Chardon Township, Permanent Parcel No. 06-111000: Please be advised that the building(s) located on the above property have been declared insecure, unsafe, and uninhabitable by the Geauga County Building Department and the Chardon Fire Department. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 505.86(B), it is the intention of the Chardon Township Board of Trustees to remove said building(s). The owners of record or holders of liens of record may enter into an agreement with the Board to perform the removal of the building(s). If no such agreement is reached, the Board will contract for the removal on or after thirty (30) days from the date of this notice. The total costs of removal may be collected by certifying the costs to the Geauga County Auditor, who shall place them on the tax duplicate as a lien on the property, or by commencing a civil action to recover the costs from the owner. The owners of record may request a hearing within twenty (20) days of the posting of this notice.
