NEW BUSINESS: Variance Request REFUSAL #: 2572 Applicant/Owner: Jeff Monreal Funeral Home Location:1000 Mentor Avenue (15-C-036-C-00-024-0) District: R-1; Single-Family Residential District Section: 1127.10 (d) The City of Painesville has received an application from Jeff Monreal requesting a variance to allow a wall sign on the front façade of his building in addition to the existing freestanding sign.
