A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 30, 2025 at 10:00 am in the board room at the Lorain Port and Finance Authority offices. Sealed bids will be received at the Lorain Port and Finance Authority, 319 Black River Lane, Lorain, Ohio 44052, or electronically to Tom Brown at tbrown@lorainportauthority.com until 1:00 P.M. on November 19, 2025.
