LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Willoughby Hills will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Willoughby Hills, 35405 Chardon Road. This is open to the public, subject to occupancy limits. Interested persons are invited to attend and participate. The Council of the City of Willoughby Hills, Ohio will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2026 to discuss proposed Ordinance 2026-049 permitting a land use change for parcels 31-A-013-B-00-001-0 & 002-0 located at 2594 and 2598 SOM Center Road from R-1-traditional Single Family to E-Research & Office in the City of Willoughby Hills. The Council will review the request by Classic Auto Group for rezoning to the E-1 Office District for a proposed Office & Reconditioning Bldg. at 2594 SOM Center Rd, Willoughby Hills, Ohio. This proposal for rezoning was submitted by the Classic Auto Group to the Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration and approval at their May 7, 2026 meeting. The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing for the land-use change on June 4, 2026 and subsequently granted preliminary approval for the project at the PCABR Meeting on Thursday, July 2, 2026. The Planning and Zoning Commission forwarded the project to Council for their review. Persons affected by this may appear at said hearing and speak for or against the proposal either in person or by an attorney.
