LEGAL NOTICE SEALED BID SALE OF TOWNSHIP PERSONAL PROPERTY THE BROWNHELM TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES will accept sealed bids for the purchase of the following equipment: *1956 Galion 104-C Motor Grader showing 2400 hours - minimum bid $2500.00, *CAT BA25 8ft. Broom Attachment- minimum bid $1500.00. Alternatively, pictures can be seen by appointment with the Superintendent of Labor by calling 440-670-1375/ email: joe@brownhelm.us. Bids can be submitted from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on December 8, 2025, at the Township Hall, 1940 N Ridge Rd, Vermilion, OH 44089, or by special arrangements made with the Fiscal Officer by calling 440-371-4160 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All bids must be submitted by 6:00 pm on December 8, 2025 and must contain the full name of the person submitting the bid, specify the piece(s) of equipment being bid on, and be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Brownhelm Township Equipment Bid”. The Board of Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of Brownhelm Township.
