LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, 12611 Ravenwood Drive, Suite 350, Chardon, Ohio 44024, for the: SERVICES CENTER WATER TREATMENT FACILITY UPGRADES – P2103 DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES GEAUGA COUNTY during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, until 1:45pm (local time) on Wednesday April 01, 2026, at which time the bids shall be opened and publicly read at 2:00pm in the Commissioners Chambers. Plans and specifications can be viewed and ordered at www.neblueplanroom.com enter through Planroom/All Public Projects or by contacting Northeast Blueprint directly at (216) 261-7500. Contractors must purchase the bid documents at their own expense for a document fee of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00) payable to Northeast Blueprint for hard copies and pdf files plus shipping costs or Sixty Dollars ($60.00) payable to Northeast Blueprint for electronic download only. A receipt for the purchase of the bid packet should be included as a part of the properly submitted bid. The bid bond or guaranty must be submitted as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The bid bond or guaranty shall be issued by an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio and said company shall have local representation. The bond or guaranty shall meet the satisfaction of the County Prosecutor. The Geauga County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids received or any part thereof.
