LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Lorain City School District Board of Education will receive sealed proposals for the following two (2) separate projects: 1. District-Wide Multi-Function Copier Services: Proposals for the ease and maintenance of multi-function copier units located across all district school buildings. 2. Print Shop High-Volume Production Equipment: Proposals for the lease and maintenance of high-volume digital production equipment and finishing tools for the District Print Shop. Submission Deadline: Sealed proposals must be received by the Treasurer’s Office at 2601 Pole Avenue, Lorain, OH 44052, no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, May 22, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. Submission Requirements: Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the specific RFP (e.g., “RFP: School Copiers” or “RFP: Print Shop Equipment”). The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to enter into a contract that it deems to be in the best interest of the District.
