Legal Notice PUBLIC NOTICE The CITY OF PAINESVILLE, OHIO will receive signed, sealed bids at the Office of the Finance Director, c/o William Parkinson, Painesville City Hall, 7 Richmond Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077 until 12:00 p.m. (local time), April 8, 2026, for the 2026 Rehabilitation of Sanitary and Storm Sewers, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the rehabilitation of various sections of sanitary and storm sewers on East Walnut Avenue and South State Street. The sewer pipe rehabilitation includes the lining of various sections of sanitary and storm sewer. The work also includes all restoration work as required. The estimated construction cost is $305,000.00 as of March 2026. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested herein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed within 45 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Lake County and the City of Painesville, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239.
