Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Madison Village Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Madison Village Hall, 33 E. Main St., Madison, Ohio. The Commission will hear public comment, both oral and written, regarding an application for a rezone of only the proposed parking area on the southernmost part of PPN 02-A-002-0-00-006-0 from R-2, Single Family Residence District, to B-4, Interstate Business District. The remainder of the parcel would remain R-2, Single Family Residence District. This would allow the applicant to place RV’s adjacent to Rt. 90.
