Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that on June 18, 2026 the Village of Perry Council adopted Resolution No. 23-2026, declaring the necessity to levy special assessments for street lighting and sidewalks. Pursuant to ORC 727.14, this notice serves as official notification for all properties where the estimated assessment does not exceed $500. The estimated assessments are on file and available for public inspection at the Perry Village Hall, 3758 Center Road, Perry, Ohio 44081. Under ORC 727.15, any property owner objecting to their assessment amount must file a written objection with the Fiscal Officer within two (2) weeks after the final publication of this notice.
