Daugherty, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on June 30, 2025, William A Jackson, Administrator of the Estate of Ronnie Allen Jackson, filed a Complaint for Authority to Sell Real Estate in Case No. 25 CV 1153, and on February 4, 2026, filed an Amended Complaint for Authority to Sell Real Estate in Case No. 25 CV 1153, in the Court of Common Pleas Lake County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Spouse of Albert Muratore and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of the Unknown Spouse of Albert Muratore, The Unknown Spouse of Kellie D. Daugherty and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of the Unknown Spouse of Kellie D. Daugherty, and Unknown Spouse of Dennis G. Daughterty and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of the Unknown Spouse of Dennis G. Daugherty, may have an interest in the real estate located in the Harrison Hills Park Resort, formerly known as Yogi Bears Jellystone Park Camp Resort, Harrison Township, Carrollton County, Ohio and being Lot numbers 287, 288, 289, 290, 291 (Parcel #15-0001718.000 & 15-0001719.000 & 15-0001720.000 & 15-0001721.000 & 15- 0001722.000).
