Appeal No. 26-5 The Board will consider a variance request filed by Circle K - Bret Lamb Real Estate Development Manager, on behalf Nick Licursi, property owner at 8227 Chillicothe Road, for five (5) variances regarding the number of signs, size of building signs, size of ground signs, and height of signs in the retail business district, pursuant to Section 1286.09 of the Zoning Ordinances.
