The Board will consider a variance request filed by Circle K - Bret Lamb Real Estate Development Manager, on behalf Nick Licursi, property owner at 8227 Chillicothe Road, for a variance regarding the height of signs in the Retail Business District, pursuant to Section 1286.09 of the Zoning Ordinances.
