Legal Notice City of Kirtland The Kirtland Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Kirtland Municipal Center, 9301 Chillicothe Road. Appeal No. 26-7 The Board will consider a variance request filed by Richard Fraser for a proposed auxiliary building to be built at 10880 Heath Road, Kirtland, Ohio, because it does not conform to the side yard setback requirements in the R3-B District, pursuant to Section 1268.15 of the Zoning Ordinances.
