Legal Notice City of Mentor Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year (PY) 2026 Action Plan The City of Mentor is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to prepare an Annual Action Plan to govern the use of the Federal CDBG funds. These funds must primarily benefit low-and moderate-income people. Per HUD regulation and the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, two public meetings will be held. The first CDBG Annual Action Plan meeting will be Friday, March 27, 2026. 2:00 p.m., Mentor City Hall, 3rd Floor Council Chamber, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard. The facility is ADA compliant and additional accommodation can be made upon request. During this development stage of the Annual Action Plan, the components of the plan will be discussed, and public comments will be solicited, including ideas regarding the needs, resources, and priorities for Mentor.
