Legal Notice City of Mentor Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Request for Comment Meeting Notice Consolidated Plan Program Years (PY) 2027 - 2031 A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 3 p.m. in the City of Mentor’s Council Chamber, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard to receive input on funding priorities for the PY 2027-2031 CDBG Consolidated Plan. A follow-up meeting regarding the consolidated plan will also be hosted on Thursday, August 6, 2026, 5 p.m., at the Mentor Public Library Headlands Branch, 4669 Corduroy Road.
