Legal Notice Geauga County Board of Elections Primary Election: May 5, 2026 • The Geauga County Board of Elections is Located at 12611 Ravenwood Dr. Suite 004 (Basement) in Chardon OH, 44024 • All voted absentee ballots must be received at the Board of Election office or Dropbox by 7:30 P.M on Election Day, May 5th to be eligible to be counted. • Last day to request a mailed ballot is Tuesday, April 28th . • Voters must provide acceptable Photo ID to cast a regular ballot. Acceptable forms of photo ID are: Ohio Driver’s License, Ohio ID card, U.S. Passport, U.S. military ID, U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs ID. Utility bills are no longer acceptable forms of ID. • Missing or inaccurate registration information may result in having to vote a provisional ballot. • Saturday, May 9th is the last day to provide missing information to cure a provisional ballot. • Ballots sent to military and overseas voters must be received by May 9th at the Board of Elections.
