There is no personal representative of the Estate of Milan J. Mihalek to whom Letters of Authority have been issued because there is no estate to probate. Milan J. Mihalek is the Settlor of a Trust established December 3, 1996 and amended April 1, 2026. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Milan J. Mihalek, the Estate of Milan J. Mihalek, or the Milan J.
