Binder, deceased you will take notice that on January 16, 2026, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Lorain County Common Pleas Court, 225 Court Street, Room 105, Elyria, OH 44035, being Case No. 26CV000167, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $63,580.98, plus interest at 8.00000% per annum from September 20, 2024, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 535 Treadway Boulevard, Sheffield Lake, OH 44054, being permanent parcel number 03-00-037-109-048. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 14th day of May, 2026.
