You are notified that said decedent died on 02/27/2026. DAVID J. STERNBERG, ESQ., has filed an application asking to be appointed commissioner of decedent’s estate and the decedent’s Will was admitted to probate by the Lake County Probate court on April 23, 2026, The Court is located at 25 North Park Place, Painesville, Ohio, 44077, on the first floor of the West Annex Courthouse. You may be one of the persons entitled to be appointed commissioner of decedent’s estate, and if you wish to be considered for appointment to do so, you must apply to this Court. If you do not apply, it will be considered that you renounce your right to be appointed commissioner. The Court may appoint any suitable and competent person to serve as commissioner, giving due weight to their relative priority of right to do so.
