Brian Gallagher and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Brian Gallagher, whose last known address was 188 Town Square Circle, Unit 306, Mooresville, NC, 28117, will take notice that on March 21, 2025, Nantucket Cove Townhouse Association, Inc. filed its Answer, Counterclaim and Crossclaim to the Complaint for Foreclosure filed by the Plaintiff December 12, 2024, in the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Plaintiff the sum of $5,262.00 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 14711 Northview Drive, Unit 3, Middlefield, OH 44062, being permanent parcel no. 19-080787, and further described as being: Situated in the Village of Middlefield, County of Geauga and State of Ohio: And known as being Unit No 3 of Building No 2 of Nantucket Cove Townhouses (a Condominium Development) Phase Il as recorded in Volume 21, Page 5, being a part of Sublot No 4A in Mid-Meadow Subdivision, Phase II, plat amendment as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 20, Page 132, of Geauga County Records of Plats, be the same or less, but subject to all legal highways Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of plaintiff’s condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
