Legal Notice NOTICE FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Concord Township, Lake County, Ohio, at the Township Hall located at 7229 Ravenna Road, up to the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of April, 2026 for furnishing of Asphaltic Cement Products to be picked up by Township trucks or delivered by the supplier and Concrete Products to be delivered. Also bids for the furnishing of Limestone, Bank Gravel & Topsoil picked up and delivered will be accepted. Bid packets can be obtained on-line at http://concordtwp.com/departments/service/ or are available for pick up at Town Hall, located at 7229 Ravenna Road, Concord Township, OH. All materials provided shall meet applicable Ohio Department of Transportation specifications. Each bid must state the amount for material and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $500; as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The Concord Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any bid, to waive all informalities or irregularities in the bids received, accept or reject any bid as they may deem in the best interests of the Township.
