Agenda Item 1: BZA Case #26-07: Enza Roth, applicant and property owner of 96 Paw Paw Lake Road, is seeking an area variance to allow a new structure that is a non-habitable one car garage. Section 4.02 of the South Russell Zoning Code requires side yard to be 20 feet from the property line, and the property owner is showing a structure to be 3 feet from the property line.
