Legal Notice Notice to Bidders Sealed bids shall be submitted to, and received by, the Director of Finance of the City of Willowick, Ohio until 11:00 AM, current local time, on Friday, 27 March, 2026, at the Willowick City Hall, 30435 Lakeshore Blvd., Willowick, Ohio 44095, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the: Willowick Roofing Project The bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications available from the Director of Public Service available at 31230 Vine St. Willowick, OH 44095. Each bid must contain the full name of each person or company interested in the same shall be accompanied by a cashier’s check or an irrevocable letter of credit, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, or a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. The check or bid bond shall be made payable to the City of Willowick conditioned that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a proper contract and furnish performance and payment bonds. The bonds or checks of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned after a contract has been awarded and entered into, or upon the rejection of all bids. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder as determined by the City.
