Legal Notice PUBLIC NOTICE ATTENTION RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF EUCLID The City of Euclid’s FY 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The CAPER is an assessment by the City of Euclid regarding the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds. Starting Monday, March 16, 2026, you may review a copy of the CAPER at the Department of Planning & Development located at Euclid City Hall (585 E. 222nd Street, Euclid, Ohio 44123) between the hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The CAPER will also be available on the City of Euclid’s website at www.cityofeuclid.gov.
