Legal Notice REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Engineering Services – St. Clair Street Secondary Interconnection Project (Phase II) The Village of Fairport Harbor is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms for the design, bidding, construction administration, and grant administration services associated with the St. Clair Street Secondary Interconnection Project (Phase II). The project consists of the installation of a new 12-inch water main to provide a secondary interconnection between the Village of Fairport Harbor Public Water System and the City of Painesville along St. Clair Street, including a crossing of the Grand River. Interested firms shall submit qualifications demonstrating experience with similar projects, regulatory permitting, construction administration, and grant-funded projects.
