Legal Notice Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Director of Parks & Recreation, One Public Square, Willoughby, OH 44094 until 12:00 noon, local time, on Friday, June 26, 2026, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the implementation of the following: TODD FIELD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Copies of the Specifications and Bid forms may be obtained at the office of the Director of Parks & Recreation at the heretofore referenced address or by requesting an electronic version by emailing Judean Keller at jkeller@willoughby ohio.com. Each bid must be made upon the Bid Forms furnished with the Specifications and must be delivered to the office of the Director of Parks & Recreation prior to the above-referenced time and date specified. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check or a bid security bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid; such check or bond made payable to the CITY OF WILLOUGHBY and to be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract is awarded to the bidder, the contract will be duly executed and its performance properly secured. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of the contract in a sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total price bid; said bond shall be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio and shall be underwritten by a surety that is listed on the most current Department of Treasury Circular 570 “Surety Companies Acceptable on Federal Bonds”.
