Legal Notice The Board of Trustees of Munson Township will receive sealed bids for the construction of a boardwalk to be installed at 12250 Auburn Road until 2:55pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2026; followed by the bid opening at 3:00pm, at the Munson Township office, 12210 Auburn Road, Chardon OH 44024-9454. Bid Packages are available at the Munson Township Office, 12210 Auburn Road, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. A bid bond for the full bid amount or certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit as required by RC 153.54 in the amount of 10% must accompany the bid. A performance bond of 100% shall be required prior to the award of the contract. Contract will be awarded within 60 days to the lowest and best responsible bidder.
