Notice of Public Comment City of Mentor The City of Mentor will accept public comments prior to submission of its FY’24 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The report may be viewed at the Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Department of Development. Comments on the report will be received until the close of business, December 30, 2025.
