PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT The Village of South Russell intends to contract for professional design services for LPA Owners Representative Services to cover 3rd party review services for Stage 1, Stage 3, Final Tracings Plans, Cost Estimates, Pre-bid Activities and On-Going Design Services during Construction for the GEA – Bell Road West Sidewalk (the “Project”). This Project involves the construction of a shared-use path or sidewalk along Bell Road with the main purpose of providing a pedestrian facility to connect the Gurney Elementary School and the Village of South Russell Park. Professional design services firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required 3rd Party Consultant Services for this Project should reply with a statement of qualifications no later than December 5th, 2025. Statements of qualifications should include information regarding the firm’s history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firm’s current staff; the firm’s experience in performing engineering studies, design, and on-going design services during construction as related to LPA projects, availability of staff; the firm’s equipment and facilities; references; and if-applicable any previous work performed for the Village of South Russell. Statement of qualifications should be limited to no more than ten (10) pages. As required by Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.65-73, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, the Village of South Russell will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. Project also include installation of pedestrian signal equipment to the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Bell Road with SR 306. Total Project Budget: $ 1,000,000 (Estimated Max.
