PUBLIC NOTICE • REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) Airfield Landscaping, Snow Removal, & Maintenance Service • Lake County Executive Airport The Lake Development Authority (“LDA”), an Ohio Port Authority, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance services at the Lake County Executive Airport (“LNN”), located at 38550 Jet Center Place, Willoughby, Ohio 44094. LDA is a government entity formed pursuant to Sections 4585.21 through 4582.59 of the Ohio Revised Code. It is obligated to take affirmative action to employ women, minorities, disabled individuals, and veterans. Additionally, LDA must abide by the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA”), which, by submitting a proposal, contractor agrees to comply with all FAA requirements. It is the intent of LDA to enter into a one-year service agreement. All bids must be received no later than 11:00 AM EST on Friday, November 7th, 2025. Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered. LDA assumes no responsibility for delays caused by mail delivery, courier services, or any other method of submittal selected by the bidder. All bids must be submitted in the legal name of the organization or business entity. The agreement will be executed only with the legal entity identified in the bid document. Subcontracting of services is not permitted under this solicitation.
