Awards will be made based on Base Bid Items only. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for prospective BIDDERS on November 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the project location located at 7967 Mentor Ave, Mentor, Ohio 44060. All work under this contract shall be completed within 165 Days of Notice to Proceed.
