PUBLIC NOTICE The Florence Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 20th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Florence Township Office Building at 11011 Chapel Street, Wakeman, Ohio to consider a rezone application filed by Lisa Brown on behalf of the owner/s. The parcel # 07-00323.000 is on SR 113. The proposed change would change the property from Industrial Manufacturing to Residential/Agricultural. After the hearing, the Zoning board will forward their recommendation to the Florence Township Trustees for their consideration.
