Ph: 614-644-3037 email: HClerk@epa.ohio.gov Hazardous Waste Facility Closure Action Former Metal Seal Facility 4369 Hamann Pkwy, Willoughby, OH 44094 ID #: OHD981196991 Date of Action: 10/06/2025 On October 6th, 2025, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) received a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Closure Plan for the Former Metal Seal Facility (OHD981196991) located at 4369 Hamann Parkway, Willoughby, Ohio 44904. The purpose of this Closure Plan is to address the closure of the entire facility which includes five Hazardous Waste Management Units (HWMU).
