Public Notice The public is notified, pursuant to Village Ordinance 1141.04, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Fairport Harbor will hold a public hearing on November 12, 2025, at 5pm at the Fairport Harbor Congregational Church (308 Third Street, Fairport Harbor) to hear an appeal request filed by Mark Rajko. The applicant has requested an area variance for the reduction of the side yard setback at 1248 High Street.
