Public Notice The public is notified, pursuant to Village Ordinance 1141.04, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Fairport Harbor will hold a public hearing on November 12th, 2025, at 5:00 pm at the First Congregational Church (308 Third Street, Fairport Harbor, Ohio) to hear an appeal request filed by Eric Lance. The applicant has requested a variance to restore 711-1/2 High Street to a legal non-conforming commercial use.
